I thought this was interesting. Since the weather has been sooooo warm, and some of us want to start some chicks:

Fertilized eggs should be refrigerated promptly, especially in warmer weather as a fertilized egg will begin embryological development above 80 degrees Fahrenheit according to the University of Illinois.

Now, I don't know that I would refrigerate them, but definitely put them in a cooler enviroment.
