I was just googling some information and found this page, Im sorry if its already been posted. I thought it might answer a lot of questions.

That is a GREAT site. I had never seen it before. The only thing that is not too helpful about it is that for a lot of the problems it lists the same causes. Keep temp constant, keep humidity at the right place and turn correctly. Geesh, if it were only that simple
