Day 18. I have already taken the egg turner out and placed all of the eggs on their sides. One question: what should the humidity be at for the last 3 days of incubation? I have kept the humidity at 63% should I raise it or keep it there while the eggs hatch?

63% through incubation? Or just recently? It should be about 35-40% the first 18 days and 65-70% for hatching.

I changed it yesterday to 63%

Have you candled to see what the air cell looks like?
63% is probably too high for the first 18 days.

I'd put it at 65-70%
