Hello all!
I have made a incubator out of a large fridge! It has heat(light bulbs) and humidity under the fridge that blows out the bottom and then is sucked off the top! The problem is cold spots, my trays are solid(no air flow) and the trays tip from back and front. So the trays block and change air flow.
I’m likely going to change them to trays that allow for air flow. Please any good ideas you have,much appreciated!

I'm not one for incubators but correct me if I'm wrong maybe add another heating element in the middle? Or top with fans blowing the air up and down. But the incubator looks amazing with that full front window!

I use these....

Got them on Amazon. Rite farm products brand.
You can see from pic when they're full all you get for air flow is the holes between the eggs. It really wasn't enough with the height your blowing air. My solution was to not fill them completely. I leave 4 or 6 spots empty.
Still not perfect but the bigger you go the harder it is to heat evenly.
I'm looking for ideas on more even circulation myself. Hoping to make a walk in incubator in the next year.

Ok so what I plan on doing is sticking a large fan in the back that blows in the middle so that the air has to go through the eggs and it will kinda stir the air inside...I’ve seen it on commercial models.
Any thoughts on this?
Has anyone tried a heating element in a humidity pan for humidity?
I made a humidifier that spins discs in water to expose more water to create humidity. But it wasn’t enough for the hatch.
