Incubator broken ??

Hi we got this incubator about 4 months ago maybe more and now it keeps beeping is it broken

I have the same one, it isnt a very good incubator, but it is supposed to beep if there is an issue with temp. If the temp gets too low, it will beep rather angrily, if it gets too high it will do the same. Thus whenever you open it, it will beep at you, just press the subtraction symbol on the bottom right, blue button. After the lid goes back on it will beep until it gets back to temp then stop.
What does the temperature read, and do you have a calibrated thermometer?

It could potentially be beeping because the turner is broken, my turner rolling set didnt actually work, so I hand turned my eggs 5 times a day. If yours seems okay, make sure both sides of the eggs are marked so you can see theyre being turned.

I brought a hydrometer a couple months ago , the temp on the incubator was 36 as I just stopped it because it was beeping , I have saddle pads over the incubator because sometimes the temp was low
