incubator controller, what one do you use

Im converting my wine fridge and can't pick a controller. I have looked over many post here but rarely are the controllers discussed.
if you have made an incubator what controller are you using and recommend.
i prefer one that can do the heat and humidity, the egg turner as well would be nice but not a big deal.

does anyone have any experience with this one?

I have one of these though I haven't used it. Rush lane poultry uses them for his homemade incubators on youtube. They have excellent reviews on amazon. Won't do humidity or egg turner though...
