INCUBATOR FAN PROBLEM

I am making a new home
made egg incubator.i am facing fan vibration problem.
i ask a question:
how much vibration effect on hatching eggs.???

I guess there is a threshold of vibration level at which it could be a problem but in general I don't think a slight vibration would hurt.
Does it shake the whole incubator?
