Welcome to BYC! Sorry, I have never used that incubator before. You might want to go to 'Reviews' and type in the name of the incubator. Probably someone has written a review, I would go through those.

I'm not even sure what it is called lol I just found it on eBay I only want to hatch a small amount and don't mind turning eggs so I thought it might be a winner

Welcome to the flock. You may have better luck posting on "Australia, six states and one funny little Island." I figure shipping is so expensive, maybe it is brand that is common to Australia or UK. I'm wondering how it is possible to see the chicks through the sides?
