Incubator found OFF on day 5

I hope you're all having a better morning than I am.. I have a large Hatchrite Incubator that I currently have 21 dozen large breed eggs set in and we're on Day 5.. well, I opened the door and wasn't greeted with the resounding hum of the Incy this morning; instead the room was cold and the lights were out! Not sure yet why - the breakers are ok but the wall plugs are dead. I ran an extension cord and got fired back up but the inside temp is 57 degrees - judging by the amount of water left in the canister we probably lost power for 8 hours.

Am I done with this hatch or do I proceed and pray? I temped several eggs with my infrared gauge and all are 57 - 60 degrees.

Any ideas?

I wouldn't give up on them. I'd get temp back up and proceed as you normally would. You should be able to candle on day 7 to check for babies. Good luck!
