Incubator hatching

Hi there so all my eggs are late I am on day 23 with only one egg very active starting to hatch . My question is will the rest of the eggs normally show signs they will hatch soon as well ? I worry I'm only going to get one egg hatching as again I'm on day 23 with no other eggs showing signs

First time using a incubator as I normally let the hens do that job

@Ker are you certain they’re late? If you do have the number of days correct, then what was the incubation temperature? A lower temperature can cause a delayed hatch. If you’re just now seeing one hatch, I’m sure there will be more to follow very soon. Did you candle them before lockdown? I hope all goes well. Please keep us updated.
