incubator help please!?!?!?

i bought a new little giant styrefoam incubator model 9200 (still air and no turner)! ive tried to calibrate it, but the best temperature i can get from it is 98.6 without going over. a friend gave me 4 barred rock hatching eggs since mine quit for the winter. the eggs may very well be fertile. will they still incubate at this temp?

Try wrapping the incubator with a towel, the colder winter temps may be affecting the incubator. Do not wrap over the ventilation holes though. Check the temperature after wrapping with towels after an hour.
