Incubator help!

newbie here, i have 23 eggs in the incubator. they were laid a day apart (didn't know enough at the time to not put them in together) and now I have 6 chicks running crazy and ready to get out of the incubator and the rest rolling around. One baby has one splayed foot and Id really like to fix it. Can I get the dry babies out if I hurry or will it be a disaster? I have read all sorts of things pro and con but I don't want to mess up the humidity and temps for the other babies. The eggs are getting so jostled I can't see who is pipping and who isn't.

I've opened the incubator to pull a chick out. Just be really fast about it and make sure you get your humidity right back up. Congrats on the hatch, it's fun, isn't it?
