Incubator Identification - Help Needed

Bought this incubator back in the 80’s used. It was already 10 - 20 years old then. There was no manual and I cannot find any manufacturer info on it. Can anyone identify this so I can find a manual and operating instructions? I had it tuned up years ago, but then loaned it out and when I got it back stored it because I didn’t have any chickens for quite a while. Now I am back into them (I fell off the chicken wagon) and want to incubate eggs. The problem is Iam not sure how to get it tuned up again. Thanks

Looks like an older Sportsman incubator.
Are there any tags on the back or bottom of the incubator?

Not anywhere. I don’t even see a pair of nail holes where a metal tag might have been affixed.

Could it be an antique Petersime Incubator? They had many designs.
