I put my incubator away, cleaned out the brooder and put that away, then came in the house and bid on a set of 12 buckeye eggs that should be here today or monday. Oh well, at lease I know the incubator is clean and works, and the brooder is clean and ready to go. And my DH thought winter coming would stop me, hehe.
I told him I only have 2 RIR's and winter will be hard on just two chickens. They need more friends and body heat to make it. The post office better not try to make scrambled eggs out of this box...
