Incubator not working correctly. Please help

Hi guys, I just bought a Digital Egg Incubator Hatcher Temperature Control Chicken Hatching incubator and i have gotten it to the right temperature, but the humidity is not going above 35, and I know its supposed to be around 50-55. Any ideas how I can get it working?

Have you tested the hygrometer?

I like 35 to 40 % humidity for chicken eggs fist 18 days. To raise your rate close off vents and or add more water surface area. What type incubator are you using.
