Incubator stopped working for 5 hours on day 15 will they still hatch?

Our incubator stopped working on day 15 for a few hours, as soon as we discovered it we brought the eggs back up to temperature.

Is it possible for them to still hatch? They are due tomorrow and the ones in the other incubator are hatching and pipping so what do you think? Delayed due to temp drop or would that have killed them?

I think that they still have an excellent chance.

Possibly a delay, but what are you hatching that takes only 16 days? I have only hatched chickens, please forgive my ignorance!
