Crowing
Last night even though it's mid April, the temp outside dropped to in the 30s last night and it snowed here in NH.
I go in to turn the eggs when I get up, the low temp light is blinking (they are in my upstairs spare bedroom, not outside) the temp dropped in the incubator to about 95 degrees, it's usually 100.
After trying awhile I couldn't get the temp higher than 95.5, then I pondered and figured maybe the room got colder, so I wrapped a flannel sheet around the incubator and checked back shortly after and that did the trick the temp is back where it should be and has stayed there
After letting them sit to get back to temp I candled my earliest egg and it seems to be doing fine, little movement (7 days along)
should I worry about the temp drop?
I have a incubator that hold 30 eggs I think. I only have 7 in there.
thanks for any help
