incubator temp inconsistent

I have a HP1602 sitting on the kitchen table and at night the room temp drops and wanted to know if inconsistent temps, 93 to 99, delay the hatch or do I still go into lockdown mode on the 18th day?

Sounds like your room temps are fluxing a bit, Do you have a room thermometer right handy, you can sit it on top of the incubator to see if opening doors close by might be making it do that. I put mine back in the shower area in the middle of the house away from any drafts ect...but at night when the woodstove starts to cool down I noticed it goes down like yours , last night it went down to 98, but thats not too bad. during the day when we have the stove at a constant temp it stays same all day.
