Incubator temp wont keep steady

Hello every one.... this is my first day ...
I have a hen that is laying eggs but at night she gets cold and lonley and sleeps on her eggs, I am afraid that she will ruin them. what should i do? to add to my problems my incubator's temperature fluxuatesfrom 92 degrees to 97 , it just wont hold, i have a 9200 little giant, the two big air ports on top are open , there are no eggs in there but I have BOUT A WEEK BEFORE I REALLY NEED TO USE IT, im in phoenix az.

Try closing one of the holes and if you do a search at the top you will find alot of complaints on the lg temp swings.

thanks... temperature is keeping 100.1 to 101.9 degrees, thanks for your help.
