Incubator thoughts? Good or Bad?

im using a terrible incubator but i still get hatches but i want to upgrade do you think this is a good or bad incubator?

It looks as if you are on Ebay. I've heard not to order from Ebay for incubators. I don't know why that is just what I was told. I have seen that on Amazon.

Do you have any recommendations on where i should look? Im pretty skeptical either shopping on sites sometimes do to scams

I've always used trusted brand sites like Brinsea or Amazon and scour the reviews! If it's less than 4 or 4.5 stars I don't feel it's worth my money and eggs.
