Incubator was turned up during hatch!!! any ideas of how to keep them alive?

So my neices were over today and of course my own kids, its' day 21 for an hatch, we already had 3 hatch yesterday and 2 were pipped. Anyways in the process of the kids watching the eggs someone turned up the heat. I've got 2 live chicks one newly hatched and 1 from last night. the other two died as did the last one that had zipped.
the 2 are "comatose" but breathing I have them in wet clothes trying to reduce their body temps?

Just give the kid a scolding and warn them next time you will kill them, Then they will stay alive, LOL

Eish, sorry for that one, just hope the other eggs did not dried up

it was 30 minutes at the most but the temp was 120+....
1 chick is kicking but not sure about the other
I doubt the others survived I candled them and most looked very red
