Incubator went on the fritz

Well its like this, my Rite-Farm 440 incubators water pan dried out over night and the temperature soared to 121 degrees. So I lost my entire 350 egg hatch. SIGGGHHH.

So, does any body have any suggestions as to why this happened and how to prevent it. Because I just checked and now my other incubator (same model) is starting to do it.

HELP PLEASE. again.

I think it’s a malfunction with that model of bators. A diffrent model is my only advice.

That's not really a doer for us as we are a small farm and these cost 800.00 a piece.
