Incubator while candling

Hello Byc! I have been incubating chicken eggs for seven days now and there all doing very well. My question is that if I keep opening the incubator to candle each egg, will that damage the embryo at all? I have 14 eggs and it takes me no more then 60 seconds to candle them, but I don't want to damage my batch because i'm candling my eggs Thank You!

It's fine, just candle quickly and carefully, and shut it back up.

You may also consider candling on a schedule. Something like day 7, remove any duds. day 15 remove any quitters. Day 18 lock it down.
