Yes, you’ll still need to monitor temperature, otherwise you’ll be unaware of drops and rises, which can affect chick development.

Hi Phil, I don't think a cabinet will maintain a steady temperature without added insulation. Check out the sticky thread in this forum to see about homemade incubators.

I have a Nurture Right 360 incubator. It worked like a champ last year. This year, I have been unable to get the automatic turner to work. It will turn when I push the “+” and “-“ buttons simultaneously. Does anyone have an idea or can you recommend what might be done to get the turner to work?
