INCUBATOR

Hi everyone, I have just bought an incubator, manual turning. its a mini 1 to 12 eggs
I cant get the temp above 23c degrees
any ideas ? do I need to put it in a warm cupboard ? it is wrapped up in a box.

Have you double checked the temperature with another thermometer?

Hi, yes checked temp. I put inc into a polystyrene box wrapped in a fleece. Temp is now rising to 30 degrees.
