Indian runner and anconas

Can you breed an Indian runner and anconas together and will they become fertile eggs?

And can I house them with my cochins?

Yes they will produce fertile eggs, and their offspring will also be fertile as both are mallard derived breeds. Sometimes ducks with chickens works and sometimes it doesn't. A lot depends upon the amount of space they have - ducks can be quite messy.
