Hi all,

Just wondering my three Cayuga Muscovy cross hens need at least one Drake in account of them trying to lure my gander into mating with them.

Someone is offering three Indian runner drakes very high quality for free.

These drakes are siblings and don't fight even though there aren't a lot of females where they are. What is the chance they would do alright 1-1 ratio with my hens if I can't convince the guy to separate them?

Young Drakes don't usually fight...Mature Drakes with hormones running high during breeding season do fight and seam to all gang up on the same Hen.....I would separate your Ducks and geese and not introduce a Drake....

They actually are already mature and it is breeding season here now.

Apparently their temprament is excellent. Still a bad plan? I feel like the girls are unhappy without a man. What about just one?

Also the ducks aren't in with my geese they share a fence line and they spend all day over there trying to flirt and woo him. I feel bad for them.

Very pretty....Just my opinion....I would take one...Your call though....Three might be too much....

I deleted that cause I didnt ask to use the photo so I thought I better. But yes they are lovely. I will only take one :) They are give away so I'm sure if I offer to buy one he will separate.
