Indian Runner Please Help

i have in the incubator 17 duck eggs, 1 hatched a day ago and there other eggs have no signs what so ever, i candled the eggs, nothing seems to be moving and the seem kinda coldish?? :/ they seem to be going perfect until yesterday.. please help!?
i have increased the humidity and stopped turning at day 25

What do you mean they feel cold? Is the temperature in the incubator where it should be? Have a read through this Waterfowl Incubation Guide before you do anything. Good luck and hope some more hatch for you!

Yes i have read through that guides and a couple of others, the duck eggs are being kept at the correct temperature, the eggs have always felt warm but now in parts the eggs are colder then they a should be, we cracked one open this morning and it was dead, it look like it died on day 20-25.. i have left the others in there as they could be still alive, any reason to why this it would have died?
