Infection or yeast? Or normal?

Found this in my nesting box today. All of my chickens laid eggs yesterday and today. Haven’t noticed any dirty vents at all on any of them. Could this be infectious?

Unless you want to check their mouths, and crops too I don't think there's much else to do without symptoms besides clean up.
