Infectious Bronchitis Questions

If my flock has had infectious bronchitis run through the flock, does that mean any new chicks I bring in will get it also? Our if it has ran it's course and my chickens are healthy now, will they not infect new chicks?? Also, will a blood test show if my flock has had bronchitis??
