Info on cochin color genetics

So bummed...

Just couldn't manage the top bid on the buff barred cochin eggs (they are about to finish up on the auction section). I do have some black barred cochins, a roo and three hens, and one buff hen. I wondered how difficult it was to create buff barred cochins and if I should even try, or just wait and see if I can't manage to get the high bid on another auction. I am not entirely new to chickens, but am new to learning about chicken genetics.
