We want to add a chicken cam to the inside of the henhouse, can chickens see the infrared and will it bother them (keep them up) at night?

I don't know if they can see it or not, but I've kept one in my hen house and it doesn't seem to bother them at all. In fact, if it's at a level they can reach they may come give you a good closeup pic!

Definitely makes for fun TV!

I know what goes on inside.

I put mine outside!
I want to see what type of predators are trying to get in at night. Very instructive, I think, for building and modifying the run and coop to keep the predators out.

Thank you for the input. You are right about the camara being outside for seeing what is trying to get in.
