I got some chicks off of a fb chicken group. I got two and one was noticeably smaller than the rest. The lady said the man she got the chicks off of shoved her in a box and she thinks it broke the leg. She didnt do anything to help the leg but her little girls made sure it ate and drank or it probably would have died. I tried to put a homemade splint on it thinking it might straighten out but despite it being wrapped up well her and her sister pecked it off.

I would get some pictures of it standing from the front or back at eye level. Leg bone deformities (varus, valgus deformity, twisted tibia) and slipped tendon are some of the problems that can affect chicks. I would try some chick vitamins that contain B 2 riboflavin for a couple of weeks, since that can be helpful with leg problems.
