Injured baby turkey

My broad breasted turkey is 3 weeks old and suddenly won't use her legs. She flaps around with her wings and tried to balance in her knees. She doesn't seem injured, and doesn't squawk when I pick her up... Any ideas what is wrong?

What is the percentage of protein in the feed you give them? Production breeds need extremely high protein or they get leg problems.
