injured beak

i just noticed one of my girls beaks was messed up, i don't have much info, as im not quite sure how this occurred. but if anybody has any tips i would love to hear them. do i need to do anything? what do you think happened?

She might have injured the beak on chicken wire or other metal fencing or feeder. Does she seem to be eating and drinking now? Or does she seem to be in pain. Beaks that are injured on the surface may heal eventually. When they become cracked or broken on the top or bottom, that is much more serious.

thank you, i believe she will be fine, i just wasn't sure how serious the injury is, she does appear to be eating and drinking, so i don't think it will be an issue!
