Yes it's better to keep the stress level down while he is healing. Be careful putting him into an Epsom salts bath becasue Epsom salt can cause dehydration and is also a laxative. Might be better just to rinse the wounds with the Epsom salt warm water. The saline rinse for the eye is a good thing. Once he is feeling better maybe bring one of his flock into stay with him so when you put him back it will be 2 going back instead of just one. it always seems to go better with reintros if there isn't just one.
