Hi what is this on her foot . And how can I cure it .

Bumble foot is where the chicken gets a wound on their foot and it becomes infected and swells up. You should be able to see the wound if it is that, though.

How old is she? You can look on that thread, eggsessive listed the risk factors for gout, hopefully it is not that.
 
Is the other foot perfectly normal? Swelling in between toes, even without a scab on the footpad, still could be bumblefoot. A daily warm soak in Epsom salts water for a few days may make it feel better. I would be tempted to lance the red bubbles, and try to squeeze any infection or pus. Then apply a bumblefoot dressing with a gauze square, plain antibiotic ointment, and wrap with vet wrap strips. If you check with your vet, they may decide to treat it with antibiotics instead.
