What do you suppose caused this? Her comb was bleeding. We are keeping her separated from the others but do let her spend the nights in the Hen House protected from the others.

It looks like she has been bullied by her flockmates. You can wipe it off (or leave it), but spray it with Vetericyn and keep an eye on her from bullying and she should be good!
