One of my guineas appears to be missing scales on one leg. I'm not too worried but they do not want to put any weight on the leg. Is there anything that might help it heal/give comfort?

You might want to treat it for scaly leg mites.

Ok I wasn't sure if it was mites since all of the other scales look normal.

It looks more like an injury to me. I would disinfect it to prevent an infection.
