From what you've described she also sounds dehydrated. Make sure she's getting water into her.

I try placing her in the middle of the box but she keeps moving towards the corner. Still sleeping and not eating.

Is a vet an option? If you can't get it to eat or drink, its chances aren't good.

I already took her to the vet 4 days before. She had mashed egg and oats on her own a minute before thankfully. I fed her water also. I think she's sleeping because she can't move around at all. Do you think I should take her to the vet again?

I would certainly call and ask the vet about it. I'm glad to hear that she's eating some. Not eating or drinking is very worrying, especially in a bird. They have such high metabolisms that they need plenty of food.
