Injured quail

I have a quail that I’m looking after because it was my son in laws but the other quails attack her. I have made a home in a very large box for her but I’m wondering if I should try and clean her wounds. They pecked all the hair off her head and pecked her eyes. I don’t think she can see atm but she’s finding her food and water. Only because she bumps into it. I will get a cage as soon as I can but for now she’s in my front room so I can keep an eye on her.
