We found our runt all beat up and bleeding...we had a flock of 10. They have a house with a large pen built around outside of it. I went up and found them all ganging up on her so my son an i brought her down to house and private caged her in garage to medicate and heal her. We then tried to reintroduce her into pen with the others...5 mins in they all were going at her again so she came back down with us. We would let her free range all day and she would come back to garage and cage at night....she has been in garage over a month now....about 2 weeks ago she started to lay weak eggs then shellless eggs to now nothing. My husband and i have confined her to her cage for a week now and still nothing. In the mean time we had to dispose of the big mean bully Karin up in the pen....how do we get her to lay again?

Welcome to BYC!

Stressed hens may not lay eggs. Make sure she is getting calcium (oyster shells), plenty of protein, and that it isn't too hot. She may also be molting?
I hope she can be reintroduced. You might try getting her a new friend so that the two can be introduced together, which may help. Get a breed that is calm and will take well to her.

Best of luck!
