Injured wing

I have a chicken that caught her wing on rusty barbed wire. It caused a small cut which we cleaned. We also wrapped her wing. This morning the underside skin was yellow like fat on raw chicken. Any ideas? She seems fine otherwise.

For a small cut, I'd clean it, then apply triple antibiotic ointment. Leave off wrappings.
