Injury around vent area

I noticed one of my crested cream legbar hens has an injury around her vent area. She's missing a lot of feathers and it looks like they were pulled out. I'm assuming it's one of my other hens because I found feathers missing on one of my Silkies in the same place yesterday.

Attached a picture below - How should I treat this? I can try to get better photos if necessary but it's hard to hold her still. She's currently inside in a dog crate so it doesn't get worse. She's eating and drinking.

I can't see the injury but you could apply some Preparation H it works good on chickens also speeds healing unless there is an under lying problem .
