Injury in Chick

I just discovered one of our 4-5 week old Cochins has an injured eye. I can't see any sign of injury, but her eye is completely shut, seems swollen and is wet all around it. I have no clue when it happened. What can I do? Is there even anything I can do? Should I separate her from our other chicks?

Yes, I posted in the chick forum this morning but didn't get any replies, hence my posting here. I can't figure out how to delete the original post though.
