Injury or sickness

Hey everyone
My chicken has something going on on her upper wing and I don’t know if it’s sickness or could one of my new introduce chickens is bullying her. It started with a bump now it seems likes it’s drained but I’m wondering if she’s sick or injured. I know it hurts her to move it. Therefore I have to carry her in and out of her coop. Any suggestions on what it is and what should I do

Pretty sure she's sick and also BTW you posted under the wrong forum. You put it under "Incubating and hatching eggs"
