Could be infection has spread from the bumble , I would also start the duck on an antibiotic.

Thank you so much. I have him in the house so he’s got his own playpen. After his back today I redressed feet. Noticed since he’s not able to preen properly his preen gland is inflamed also. I will see if I can get antibiotics for him. My house duck I had for 5years died other week so trying my best to make this one better I appreciate all the help. It’s so nice of you all, x
