Integrating 11 week old silkies in with my existing flock?

I have 3-11 week old Black Silkie chicks I believe 2 are hens and 1 is a rooster but not for sure. The weather has been around low 20's at night. I have an existing coop of buff silkies that contains two roosters and two hens and are around 8 months old. Can I move the 11 week olds in with the older birds? I performed a trail run the other day and the older birds watched the younger birds but just ignored them the rest of the day. My concerns are that its too cold at night, too many roosters in one run, and the older birds hurting the younger birds. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
