Integrating adult birds into a Flock of 4-5 week olds?

Usually we see the question, how to integrate chicks into with the big girls coop. How about the reverse? We might be getting an amazing home for our chicks, but they come with 4 hens. Is the integration the same way as chicks to Hens? We have 9 chicks between 4-5 weeks old.

Just seeing if this is possible.
