I have a chicken coop with a large flight pen off it for my chickens and peafowl. I was unexpectedly gifted a pair of pheasants and I'm not sure how they are going to like my coop. The set up we have now actually has everyone coming in and out of a window roughly 4 feet off the ground. The chickens have a ramp up to the peafowl perch and from there they go through the window. I'm not confident the pheasants are going to be able to manage either flying up or walking up the ramp. They've been quarantined in a small cage while they were new to the farm and while I fix my netting over the flight pen as it fell apart last winter. I'll upload photos of everything later.
Please provide advice on integrating these pheasants. I really know nothing about them. They have blinders on. I don't know if they earned them or if their breeder just puts them on as standard practice. My friend didn't ask any questions when she got them for me so I have no contact with the previous owner.
TIA
